Gather At Sea can arrange onboard conference rooms/venues & book specialty restaurants for group activities & dinners. Depending on the Cruise Line, I can recommend & co-ordinate unique onboard activities such as walk the plank, rock climbing, gin nights, 80's music & fluro disco nights, and much more!
Gather At Sea can help you arrange ancillary services such as an official photographer, a photo booth at your event(s), personalised welcome packs, agendas & other event memorabilia (e.g. caps, t-shirts, stubby coolers, etc.). I can also create &/or host a Facebook group or other means of communicating with those attending the event (e.g. email marketing, a basic website, event photo collation, etc.), and I can manage the scheduling of different parts of the event, including RSVP's & ticketing where required (e.g. onboard specialty restaurant cover charge).
Gather At Sea can host a welcome desk or provide concierge services at your event, undertake master of ceremony services, run trivia nights, or oversee activities to ensure everything runs smoothly. I can also escort any part of your group during their travels to & from the cruise, provide meet & greet at airports or cruise terminals, and manage the logistics of transfers, pre- & post- cruise accommodation, tours, & other services to ensure a successful & memorable event.
